The Importance of Authentic Communication

This is one of my all-time favorite presentations on communication. Sandberg notes that we lose the authenticity (aka bluntness) that we naturally have as children as we grow to be polite to others. How can we be authentic and honest as adults, and how can this improve the world that exists around us?
